What you are stepping into is not a holiday. It is a deliberate act of return — to yourself, to your body, to the quiet that has always been waiting beneath the noise.
Energy Alchemy holds this space with care, intention, and integrity. The terms below are written in the same spirit: to protect the experience for everyone within it, and to be clear with you from the beginning about what we ask of each other.
By making a booking or payment with Energy Alchemy, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms in full. If you have questions before confirming your place, we welcome them at info@energyalchemywellness.net.
Energy Alchemy is operated by PT PMA Energy Alchemy Wellness, a foreign-owned company (PT PMA) registered and operating under Indonesian law. Our retreats are held in Bali, Indonesia, and open to international guests. All fees are invoiced in Chinese Renminbi (RMB).
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total retreat fee confirms your place within the retreat. Until this deposit is received and acknowledged by us in writing, your place is not held.
Your remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the retreat opens. If payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to release your place and apply the cancellation terms below.
Fees are invoiced in RMB. Payment may be made by bank transfer in RMB, Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), or USD — amounts in IDR or USD will be converted from the RMB invoice total at the XE.com daily mid-market rate on the date of transfer. Any bank charges are your responsibility.
A receipt will be sent to you within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Please keep this as your record of reservation.
Founding rates are offered at Energy Alchemy's sole discretion as a time-limited invitation. They are personal to the recipient, non-transferable, and apply only to the specific retreat for which they were offered.
We understand that life does not always hold still. Should you need to withdraw, the following applies from the date we receive your written notice:
Where a refund is due, it will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Sessions, meals, therapies, or accommodation not taken once a retreat has commenced are non-refundable.
Should you wish to transfer your place to another guest, we ask for a minimum of 30 days' notice and our written approval. A transfer fee of USD 150 applies. The original booking terms carry over; pricing does not change.
Energy Alchemy reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or adapt any retreat in response to circumstances beyond our control — including force majeure, natural events, government direction, venue unavailability, or safety concerns.
Should this occur, Energy Alchemy will determine the appropriate resolution based on circumstances — which may include rescheduling, a credit note, or a refund. We will communicate with affected guests as promptly as possible to find a reasonable way forward.
We are not able to reimburse flights, visas, external accommodation, or other travel costs. We strongly encourage all guests to hold comprehensive travel insurance before booking.
Every guest is asked to complete our pre-arrival questionnaire with honesty and care. This is not a formality. It allows us to understand you before you arrive — and to design an experience that honours where you are.
Energy Alchemy retreats may include breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, hypnotherapy, inner child and somatic work. These are self-development and wellness practices. They are not medical treatments, and they do not replace professional medical or psychological care. If you are navigating something clinical, we ask that you continue to work alongside your treating professional.
Some conditions may not be suitable for participation in part or all of the programme. Please contact us before booking if any of the following apply — we welcome honest conversation and will work with you to find the most appropriate path:
If your health disclosure indicates that participation may carry risk, we will discuss this with you privately. Where we determine that participation is not appropriate, a full refund will be given.
Some modalities — breathwork in particular — may invite altered states, physical sensation, or emotional release. By booking, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this, that you choose to participate of your own free will, and that you take personal responsibility for your experience within the space we hold together.
You understand and accept that the physical, breathwork, meditation, sound, energy, and emotional exploration practices offered during the retreat may give rise to physical sensation, emotional movement, surfacing memories, or other personal experiences.
You agree to determine your own level of participation according to your own condition, and to take responsibility for your physical and psychological boundaries at all times. Energy Alchemy's facilitators will offer support throughout, but the decision to participate rests with you.
Energy Alchemy maintains first-aid provisions at all retreat venues. In a medical emergency, local emergency services will be contacted immediately. Participants are responsible for holding their own medical and travel insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage.
A retreat space is only as safe as the people who show up to it. We ask each guest to honour the following:
Energy Alchemy reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their conduct disrupts the experience or safety of others. In such cases, no refund is issued.
Photography and filming during sessions, ceremonies, and group practices is not permitted without the written consent of Energy Alchemy and all individuals present. You are welcome to photograph personal moments in your room and shared spaces where no programme is in progress.
We occasionally photograph or film retreat experiences for our own communication and marketing. You will always be informed when this is taking place, and you may opt out in writing at any time — no explanation required.
The frameworks, practices, and materials woven into your Energy Alchemy experience are proprietary. They may not be reproduced, taught, packaged, or offered commercially without our prior written consent.
The information you share with us — including the health details in your questionnaire — is held with the same discretion we ask of you within the retreat space itself.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Should a dispute arise, we ask that both parties first attempt to resolve it through honest, good-faith written communication.
If resolution is not reached within 30 days, both parties agree to submit to mediation before pursuing legal remedies. Mediation will take place in Bali, Indonesia, or through a mutually agreed international mediator.
